We hope you love your purchase, however, we understand purchasing clothing online does present some challenges. Therefore we do accept returns for refund or store credit on many of our items. Prom dresses and special occasion dresses that can be returned will clearly state "This item is returnable" on the item's page.
Clearance items listed as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bridesmaid dresses, Twist Wrap dresses, flower girl dresses, and junior bridesmaid dresses and all other items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our merchandise purchased in-store.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all eligible refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
If you choose to receive a store credit on an eligible return, the credit will be issued for the total purchase price of your item. Store credits do not expire.
To initiate a return for refund or store credit, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Number. We will respond with your RA# and instructions to process your return. All items must be returned in the original condition as received with all tags attached.
After your order is processed, you will receive a Purchase Order email confirming the details of your order. Afterwards, within 24-72 business hours you will be notified of the estimated ship date of your order. If for some reason the item you order is not available before your wear date, you will be notified with the option to fully cancel your order at no charge.
