After your order is placed, you will receive confirmation by email. Within 72 hours, you will receive an additional email with an estimated ship date of your dress.

Due to the large selection and various color and size options, many of the dresses are special ordered directly from the manufacturer. If your dress is in stock at our store or at the manufacturer, it will ship within 5-10 business days.

If your dress is not in stock at the manufacturer, it may take from 1 week to 14 weeks to ship, depending on availability.  You can always check availability by sending us an email from the "Check Availability" link on each product page.

If for some reason we are not able to deliver your dress before your Wear Date, you will be refunded your payment immediately.
